From Employee to Franchise Owner
Lindsay joined Elite Brisbane more than a decade ago as an employee, having already built experience as a manager within the cleaning industry. When the long-standing business owner he worked for decided to retire after nearly twenty years, Lindsay was offered the opportunity to take over the operation.
He didn’t hesitate.
“I knew first hand what a great reputation Elite has in Brisbane, so when this opportunity came up I decided I should take it.”
After meeting with the leadership team at head office, Lindsay officially became the franchisee for Brisbane Central and Brisbane East — a role he continues to grow with passion and professionalism.

Lindsay’s territories service both residential and commercial customers, but he has a particular appreciation for domestic work.

He’s a karaoke enthusiast, complete with a system boasting over 50,000 songs, which he occasionally takes along to weddings and special events — and he’s not shy about taking the microphone himself.
He’s also the secretary of his local fishing club and is preparing to rekindle a long-time hobby: model trains. How he finds the time remains a mystery — but it’s clear Lindsay brings the same energy to his interests as he does to his business.
