Every job starts with a look at the carpet. Wool, synthetic and blended carpets each respond differently, and a heavily soiled rental hand-back needs a different approach from a lightly used spare room. From there the clean follows the same shape:
A dry vacuum to lift loose grit before anything gets wet.
Pre-spray and agitation so the cleaning solution works into the pile rather than sitting on top.
Hot water extraction, which rinses the fibres and pulls the dirty water straight back out.
Spot treatment for marks that survive the main pass, charged in 15-minute blocks.
A final pass to leave the carpet as dry as the equipment allows, with the pile set back in one direction.
If a carpet shouldn’t take a wet method, the technician says so before starting. We work to the relevant Australian Standards and the brand holds IICRC S100 certification for carpet cleaning.

Commercial carpet is $88 per room up to 16 sqm, or $5 per sqm for larger floor areas. What moves the total is the room count, how many stains need the extra time, and access, because stairs and landings are priced per step rather than per floor.
Fabric lounges are $88 per seat on the same visit.

Is it safe for children and pets?
