Gosford and the towns around it make up a commuter coastal region, with a growing population and plenty of sea-change households. Elite’s cleaning services here cover carpets, couches and mattresses, and our restoration service handles water, mould and fire damage 24/7.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
In July 2026, water from an overflowing hot water system damaged the kitchen and dining area of a house in Gosford, and the house needed full remediation.
That kind of job is carried out in line with IICRC S500, the standard for water damage restoration. Structural Drying, Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire are all part of it.
Mould and fire
Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are carried out in line with IICRC S520. Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700, and Air Quality Testing and Lead Paint Removal are available too.
Cleaning around the house
Carpet Cleaning, Couch & Upholstery Cleaning and Mattress Cleaning cover the rooms you live in. For a sea-change move or a holiday rental near Terrigal Beach or The Entrance, those three get a place ready.
For outdoor walls and harder surfaces, we offer Graffiti Removal, Dry Ice Blasting and Laser Cleaning.
Specialist clean-ups
We also provide Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning and Meth Testing & Decontamination across Gosford, Erina, Wyong and Woy Woy.
Coast and commuter suburbs
The Gosford area mixes beaches and waterways with commuter suburbs, from the Gosford waterfront and Erina to Terrigal Beach, The Entrance, Wyong and Woy Woy, and the Australian Reptile Park sits within the area we cover.
With a growing population come new arrivals, and a sea-change move is a good time to have carpets, couches and mattresses cleaned before the furniture goes in.
