Blacktown sits just 3.1 km from our Sydney branch in Seven Hills. From there we provide cleaning services for homes and workplaces across the area, along with restoration for water, fire and mould damage.
It’s a short trip, and that suits both kinds of job: a booked carpet clean, or an urgent call after a leak.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
Carpet Cleaning, Couch & Upholstery Cleaning and Mattress Cleaning cover the rooms people actually live in. Carpet work is carried out in line with IICRC S100, the carpet cleaning standard Elite is certified in.
Mattresses are easy to forget. They collect sweat, skin and dust mites over the years, and a clean every so often keeps the bedroom fresher.
Surfaces that need more than a mop
Graffiti Removal, Dry Ice Blasting and Laser Cleaning are three specialist methods for surfaces ordinary cleaning won’t shift. They’re available across Blacktown for homes and businesses alike.
Smoke, water and mould damage
Our restoration service runs 24/7. In July 2026 we attended a house in Maraylya with smoke damage throughout, which needed a quote for cleaning.
Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700. Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are done in line with IICRC S500, and Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation in line with IICRC S520.

Smoke damage, explained
Smoke travels further than the fire itself. Soot settles on walls, ceilings and contents in rooms the flames never reached, which is why a smoke job often needs more than one kind of cleaning.
Checked, insured and guaranteed
Every Elite technician is police-checked and fully insured, the work is done to the relevant Australian Standards, and each job comes with a satisfaction guarantee. Elite is an IICRC Certified Firm and a member of the Restoration Industry Association.
After a burst pipe, Ruby Leach wrote in a Google review that her unit “was at a very high risk for mould”, and she praised the drying work that followed.
Elite’s head office is in Acacia Ridge in Brisbane, and the business services every Australian state and the ACT. The Elite brand has been operating since 1984.
