Toowoomba is the garden city, an agricultural and education hub set on the escarpment with a cool highland climate. Our cleaning services work across it, from Picnic Point to Queens Park and out through Highfields, Wilsonton, Centenary Heights and Drayton.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
A garden city has plenty of trees, and trees fill gutters. We offer gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, pressure washing and solar panel cleaning, plus pest control around the house.
Indoors
Carpet cleaning, couch and upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning and tile and grout cleaning cover the inside, and floor sanding is available for timber floors. Couch and upholstery cleaning lifts the marks of a busy household.
From a Google review by Mark Briggs: “Quick, reliable and efficient, very knowledgeable staff”.
Condensation and damp in winter
A cool highland climate means cold mornings and closed-up houses. Condensation on windows and in bathrooms feeds mould if it’s left. Run exhaust fans, open up on dry days, and if mould keeps coming back, book a mould inspection and test.
Restoration
Restoration is available 24/7. Water damage restoration and structural drying follow IICRC S500, mould inspection and testing and mould removal and remediation follow IICRC S520, and fire and smoke restoration follows IICRC S700. Water leak detection, dehumidifier hire and air quality testing are on hand too. If water gets in, switch off the mains if it’s safe to do so and call us any hour.
Schools, offices and working sites
As an education and agricultural hub, Toowoomba has schools, offices and working sites that need more than a domestic clean. We provide commercial cleaning and office cleaning, along with dry ice blasting, laser cleaning and graffiti removal.
Renovating an older home
If you’re renovating, have suspect materials tested for asbestos before opening up old walls or ceilings. Asbestos testing and inspection and asbestos removal are carried out by our own qualified technicians, and lead paint removal is available if old paint has to come off.
We also handle meth testing and decontamination, hoarding and squalor cleaning, deceased estate clearing, and trauma and crime scene cleaning. The Elite brand has been operating since 1984, every job carries a satisfaction guarantee, and every technician is police-checked and fully insured.
