Cleaning Services Everton Park, Plus Mould and Water Damage Repair
Everton Park has been renewed over recent years, with a growing cafe and dining scene and young families settling into its post-war homes. Our cleaning services suit that mix, from a single mattress to a whole house.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
Mould is a job we’re called out for in this part of Brisbane. In July 2026 we inspected a house in The Gap for mould and set out the treatment options. The same month, in Arana Hills, we completed cleaning, sanitisation and mould decontamination in a kitchen and bathroom.
Mould inspection and testing and mould removal and remediation are carried out in line with IICRC S520. In older post-war homes, it pays to check behind wardrobes and in bathroom ceilings.
After a storm
Storms can push water under doors and through roofs. If carpet gets wet, keep foot traffic off it, move furniture off the wet area if you can, and call us early. The sooner drying starts, the better the chance of saving carpet and underlay.
Kids, pets and couches
Young families are hard on soft furnishings. Couch and upholstery cleaning lifts the everyday marks, and mattress cleaning is worth doing for kids' beds. Blot spills straight away and don’t scrub, which only pushes a stain deeper.
Cleaning around the house
For day-to-day upkeep we offer carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning, with floor sanding for tired boards. Tile and grout cleaning brings bathrooms and kitchens back up.
Outside, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and solar panel cleaning are available in Everton Hills, McDowall and Gaythorne, along with pest control. Stafford and Stafford Heights are covered as well.
Water and fire damage
Restoration runs 24/7. Water damage restoration, structural drying and water leak detection follow IICRC S500, and fire and smoke restoration follows IICRC S700. Air quality testing and dehumidifier hire are available as well.
Shops near Brookside
For shops and offices near Brookside Shopping Centre and Everton Plaza, we provide commercial cleaning and office cleaning, plus graffiti removal for shopfronts and pressure washing for paths and entries.
Our head office in Acacia Ridge is 21.1 km away, and every technician is police-checked and fully insured. Families walking Kedron Brook or Teralba Park on the weekend shouldn’t have to spend the rest of it scrubbing.
