Cleaning Services in Mandurah, Plus 24/7 Restoration
Elite’s cleaning services in Mandurah start with the rooms you live in: carpets, couches and mattresses. Restoration is the other half of the service, for the days water, mould or fire gets the better of a property.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”

Why clean a mattress?
A mattress collects sweat, skin and dust mites night after night, and a vacuum only reaches the top layer. A professional clean goes deeper, and it’s a good habit for anyone with allergies.
Water damage is easy to underestimate. Structural Drying dries the building itself, walls and floors included, rather than just the surface you can see.
The standards behind the work

The Elite brand has been operating since 1984. One Google review, from Mark Briggs, put it simply: “very professional service highly recommend”.
Elite’s head office is in Acacia Ridge in Brisbane, and the business services every Australian state and the ACT. It runs two service lines: general cleaning, and 24/7 restoration. Every job carries a satisfaction guarantee.
