In July 2026 we removed and dried water-damaged carpet in several rooms of a Surfers Paradise property after a water leak. In Mudgeeraba, storm water had led to mould in a bedroom and hallway. In a high-rise, water travels. If you find a leak, turn off the water to your unit if you can, let your building manager know, and photograph the damage before anything is moved. Then call us for water leak detection and structural drying.
