Cleaning Services Penrith for Carpets, Couches and Water Damage
Elite’s cleaning services in Penrith cover three kinds of work: soft furnishings, restoration after water, fire or mould damage, and specialist cleaning.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
For carpet cleaning, couch and upholstery cleaning and mattress cleaning, a police-checked and fully insured technician comes to you. Each job carries a satisfaction guarantee.
Getting a rental ready
Between tenants, a carpet clean, a mattress clean if the place is furnished, and a couch clean for any furniture that stays will freshen a rental quickly. Book it after the last of the furniture goes out, so every corner can be reached.
Restoration, day or night
Water, fire and mould damage don’t keep business hours, which is why our restoration line is available 24/7.
Water damage restoration, structural drying and water leak detection, in line with IICRC S500
Mould inspection and testing, and mould removal and remediation, in line with IICRC S520
Fire and smoke restoration, in line with IICRC S700
Dehumidifier hire and air quality testing
Mould that returns after cleaning usually means moisture is still getting in, so it’s worth having it inspected before it’s removed.
The first hour after a flood
If water floods a room, switch off the power to that area if it’s safe, lift what you can off the floor, and keep people away from sagging ceilings. Photograph the damage for your records. Then call us. The sooner drying starts, the less there is to repair.
Specialist cleaning
Our specialist list in Penrith covers laser cleaning, dry ice blasting, graffiti removal, lead paint removal and meth testing and decontamination. Graffiti removal works best on fresh marks.
It also includes the work people find hardest to ask for: trauma and crime scene cleaning, deceased estate clearing, and hoarding and squalor cleaning. All of it is carried out to the relevant Australian Standards.
