“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
Mould inspection and testing comes first, so you know what you’re dealing with. Mould removal and remediation follows, in line with IICRC S520, and air quality testing is available too.
Choosing who to call for mould
Bleach can lighten mould on the surface without dealing with what’s underneath or why it grew. Ask whether the work follows IICRC S520. Ours does, and water leak detection and air quality testing are available alongside it.
Water damage, any hour
Our restoration line is available 24/7. We carry out water damage restoration, structural drying and water leak detection in line with IICRC S500, and dehumidifier hire is available while a building dries out. If water gets in, switch off the mains if it’s safe and call us early, before it spreads.
Fire and smoke
Fire and smoke restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700, and smoke residue often reaches rooms the fire never touched. Elite is an IICRC Certified Firm, certificate number 70100265, certified in S700 fire and smoke restoration as well as S500 and S520.
Hoarding and deceased estates
These jobs usually come with family, landlords or executors involved, and a lot of emotion. We keep the work practical, from deceased estate clearing and hoarding and squalor cleaning through to trauma and crime scene cleaning, done to the relevant Australian Standards.
Specialist cleaning
Laser cleaning, dry ice blasting and graffiti removal are for surfaces that need more than a standard clean. Lead paint removal and meth testing and decontamination are carried out to the relevant Australian Standards as well. Every technician is police-checked and fully insured, and every job carries a satisfaction guarantee.
