Aspley is an established northside suburb, with post-war homes beside modern ones and plenty of families. That mix keeps us busy with carpets, couches and tiles, and now and then with water or mould.
Elite covers Aspley and the streets around it, out to Geebung, Zillmere, Carseldine, Boondall, Bald Hills and Bridgeman Downs.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
Most of what we do in Aspley is cleaning. The list is long, so here’s how it breaks down.
Inside the house: Carpet Cleaning, Couch & Upholstery Cleaning, Mattress Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning and Floor Sanding.
Outside: Pressure Washing, Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning and Solar Panel Cleaning.
Specialist jobs: Graffiti Removal, Laser Cleaning, Dry Ice Blasting and Pest Control.
Shops along the retail strip can book Commercial Cleaning or Office Cleaning too.
When water, fire or mould is the problem
Restoration is our second line of work, and it runs 24/7. Water Damage Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S500, mould work (Mould Inspection & Testing, then Mould Removal & Remediation) in line with IICRC S520, and Fire & Smoke Restoration in line with IICRC S700.
Alongside those sit Water Leak Detection, Structural Drying, Dehumidifier Hire and Air Quality Testing. We also handle Asbestos Testing & Inspection and Asbestos Removal, and the removal is done by our own qualified technicians rather than subcontracted. Lead Paint Removal, Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning and Meth Testing & Decontamination round it out.
Nearby and recent
Our nearest branch is our Brisbane head office in Acacia Ridge, 25.5 km away. Recent jobs close to Aspley have taken us to Boondall, Bracken Ridge, Fitzgibbon, Taigum and Shorncliffe.
Aspley State School, the Aspley Hypermarket, Marchant Park and the parkland along Cabbage Tree Creek all sit inside the area we cover, and so do the newer streets out towards Bridgeman Downs.
