Cleaning and Restoration Services Across the Pilbara
The Pilbara is an iron-ore mining region with a FIFO workforce, a hot climate and long distances between towns. Elite offers cleaning services here for carpets, couches and mattresses, along with restoration for water, mould and fire damage.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
With a FIFO workforce, plenty of homes have people coming and going on rotation. Carpet Cleaning, Couch & Upholstery Cleaning and Mattress Cleaning keep them fresh between swings, and carpet work is carried out in line with IICRC S100.
Tough surfaces in a resources economy
Some surfaces need more than a wash. Graffiti Removal, Dry Ice Blasting and Laser Cleaning are available for walls, signage and equipment.
Water, mould and fire
Restoration is available 24/7. Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500, with Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire to support them.
Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are done in line with IICRC S520, and Fire & Smoke Restoration in line with IICRC S700. Air Quality Testing and Lead Paint Removal round out the list.
Specialist clean-ups
Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning and Meth Testing & Decontamination are available across Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price and Dampier.
Mining towns and coastal ports
Karratha, Dampier and Port Hedland sit on the coast, while Newman and Tom Price are inland mining towns. Each has its own mix of family homes, rentals and work accommodation, and our service list is the same across all five.
Water damage doesn’t need a big storm. A burst pipe or a leaking air conditioner can soak a floor, and Structural Drying makes sure the building itself dries out, not just the surface.
