“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
A lounge suite takes daily wear that a vacuum barely touches. Couch & Upholstery Cleaning lifts the grime out of the fabric, and Mattress Cleaning does the same for the bedrooms.

Why upholstery needs a professional clean
Fabric lounges hold dust, skin and spills deep in the padding, which is why they can look clean and still smell tired. A professional clean reaches below the surface, and it’s worth doing before the fabric starts to wear.
Mould is worth a word too. Mould Inspection & Testing confirms what’s there, and Air Quality Testing can check the air in the rooms around it.
Insured and guaranteed
Every Elite technician is police-checked and fully insured, and every job carries a satisfaction guarantee. The Elite brand, operating since 1984, is an IICRC Certified Firm.
After a couch clean, Jill Agnew wrote in her Google review: “We had our couches cleaned and the two guys did a wonderful job once again - thorough and extremely careful. Highly recommended.”
Elite’s head office is in Acacia Ridge in Brisbane, and the business services every Australian state and the ACT. The work is done to the relevant Australian Standards, and the business holds $20 million in public and products liability cover.
