Cleaning Services Perth and Water Damage Restoration
In Perth, most of Elite’s services are restoration: water, mould, fire and the testing and drying that go with them. Carpets, couches and mattresses are on the cleaning side.
We work across the city, from Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River to Kings Park and out to Kalamunda and Mundaring. Recent jobs include a house in St James in July 2026.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
In July 2026 we had two jobs where water got inside. In Perth, mould was found after water ingress in a downstairs living area, and urgent make safe measures were needed. In Embleton, water ingress left a family room wet and in need of drying.
Water Damage Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S500. Water Leak Detection, Structural Drying and Dehumidifier Hire help get a home dry again. Restoration is Elite’s 24/7 service line.
In Maylands we documented nine rooms at each of two properties in August 2026.
