Restoration and Specialist Cleaning Services on the Coffs Coast
On the Coffs Coast, Elite’s work is restoration: water, mould and fire damage, plus the specialist cleaning jobs that sit alongside it. Routine carpet and upholstery cleaning isn’t on the service list here.
We cover Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Toormina and Woolgoolga, inland to Bellingen and south to Nambucca Heads.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
The Coffs Coast is a holiday destination with a beachside lifestyle, so plenty of properties sit empty between stays. A leak nobody notices for a few weeks can become a much bigger drying job.
Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500, Water Leak Detection helps locate the source, and Dehumidifier Hire is available as well.
Mould and air quality
Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are carried out in line with IICRC S520. Where mould or other contaminants are a worry, Air Quality Testing is on the list too.
Fire and smoke
After a fire, Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700. Lead Paint Removal is available for older buildings.
Specialist cleaning
Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning and Meth Testing & Decontamination are handled across the region, from the coast at Sawtell and Woolgoolga to Bellingen inland.
Drying the building, not just the floor
Structural Drying is about drying the building itself. Walls, subfloors and framing can hold water long after the surface feels dry, and that hidden moisture is where mould gets its start.
A regional hub with a lot of visitors
From the Big Banana and the Coffs Harbour Jetty to Muttonbird Island and the road up to Dorrigo National Park, the Coffs Coast is built around visitors. Its banana and tourism economy means shops, holiday units and family homes, and our restoration service covers all of them.
Standards and cover
Elite is an IICRC Certified Firm, certificate number 70100265, certified in S500, S520 and S700. Restoration call-outs run 24/7, our technicians are police-checked and fully insured, and the business holds $20 million in public and products liability cover.
“The communication throughout the whole process was excellent” is how Nicole Martin described a water damage job in her Google review, after a burst pipe in her unit.
Elite’s head office is in Acacia Ridge in Brisbane, and the business services every Australian state and the ACT.
