Gungahlin is a fast-growing northern district of new estates and young families, stretching from the Light Rail terminus out to Mulligans Flat Sanctuary. Our cleaning services there look after the soft furnishings a busy household uses every day.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
We provide carpet cleaning, couch and upholstery cleaning and mattress cleaning across Gungahlin, Forde, Ngunnawal, Palmerston and Casey. New estates often mean new carpet, and a regular clean keeps it that way for longer.
Every technician is police-checked and fully insured, and every job comes with a satisfaction guarantee.
Looking after new carpet
New carpet stays new for longer with a little care. Vacuum the busy paths each week, blot spills straight away instead of rubbing, and use mats at the doors. A professional clean once the carpet starts to look flat or grubby lifts the soil that vacuuming leaves behind.
Damp and mould in winter
Closed-up houses in a cold winter can build up condensation on windows and in bathrooms. Wiping it down, running exhaust fans and airing rooms on dry days all help. If mould keeps returning, it’s time for a mould inspection and test.
Mould inspection and testing and mould removal and remediation are carried out in line with IICRC S520, with air quality testing available alongside them.
Fire, leaks and drying
Fire and smoke restoration follows IICRC S700. Smoke residue can spread well beyond the room where a fire started, so mention every affected room when you call. If water gets where it shouldn’t, we offer water leak detection, structural drying in line with IICRC S500, and dehumidifier hire.
Specialist services
Laser cleaning, dry ice blasting and graffiti removal deal with surfaces that need more than a standard clean, and graffiti is easiest to remove when it’s fresh. We also offer lead paint removal, meth testing and decontamination, trauma and crime scene cleaning, deceased estate clearing, and hoarding and squalor cleaning.
Who we are
The Elite brand has been operating since 1984. Our head office is in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane, and we service every Australian state and the ACT, including the streets around Yerrabi Pond and Gungahlin Marketplace. Every job is carried out to the relevant Australian Standards.
