Cleaning Services Redland Bay, From Acreage to the Marina
Redland Bay is bayside and semi-rural at once, the gateway to the Moreton Bay islands and a growth area full of acreage homes. Our cleaning services cover the outside of these homes as well as the inside.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
Bigger blocks tend to mean bigger roofs and longer gutter runs. We offer roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and solar panel cleaning across Redland Bay, Thornlands and Mount Cotton, and pest control as well. Sheldon and Cleveland are covered too.
Before storm season
Bayside storms bring heavy rain in a hurry. Clean gutters and clear downpipes let the water get away, and a roof clean removes the grime that holds moisture against the tiles. It’s worth booking before the wet weather arrives.
Acreage living
On acreage, sheds, paths and driveways collect dirt and mould. Pressure washing deals with them, and solar panel cleaning keeps a rooftop system clear of grime and bird droppings.
Inside the house
Carpet cleaning, couch and upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning and tile and grout cleaning keep the inside in shape, and floor sanding is available for timber floors. Mattress cleaning suits guest rooms and kids' beds.
From a Google review by Jill Agnew, after a couch clean: “We had our couches cleaned and the two guys did a wonderful job once again - thorough and extremely careful. Highly recommended.”
Water, mould and fire
Our restoration line runs 24/7. Water damage restoration and structural drying follow IICRC S500, mould inspection and testing and mould removal and remediation follow IICRC S520, and fire and smoke restoration follows IICRC S700. Water leak detection, dehumidifier hire and air quality testing are available too.
If water comes in during a storm, keep foot traffic off wet carpet and call us early, as quick drying gives the best result.
Marina, shops and specialist work
Businesses around Redland Bay Marina and Victoria Point can book commercial cleaning and office cleaning, along with graffiti removal, laser cleaning and dry ice blasting. Asbestos testing and inspection and asbestos removal are done by our own qualified technicians.
Our head office in Acacia Ridge is 27.5 km away, the Elite brand has been operating since 1984, and every technician is police-checked and fully insured.
