An office cleaning contract with Elite is a set checklist, done on a set schedule, by police-checked and fully insured staff, and supervised, so the clean happens without anyone in the office having to chase it. Visits can run after hours or during the day, weekly, several times a week or daily, and the checklist is written for your premises rather than copied from the last one.
It suits offices of any size, strata and shared spaces, clinics and consulting rooms, schools and training rooms, showrooms and the office end of a warehouse. Elite is a member of the Facility Management Association of Australia and CM3 certified, which is the paperwork a facilities manager or a body corporate will ask for first.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
The walkthrough. A supervisor walks the premises with you, room by room, and notes what matters: the kitchen, the bathrooms, the boardroom before a Monday, the reception glass, the bins.
The checklist and the schedule. What is done every visit and what is done weekly or monthly is written down, with the days and the hours, so the scope is fixed before the first clean.
The first deep clean. The initial visit sets the baseline: skirtings, high dusting, the fridge, the places a routine clean maintains rather than fixes.
The routine, supervised. The same staff on the same days, with a supervisor checking the work against the checklist and a contact you can reach when something changes.
What is cleaned every visit, and what is added
Every visit covers desks and high-touch surfaces, the kitchen and its benches and sinks, the bathrooms, floors vacuumed or mopped, bins emptied and relined, and entry glass. Added on a schedule, or when the office needs it, are carpet cleaning, hard floor scrubbing and sealing, tile and grout, windows, pressure washing of the entry and car park, and consumables such as hand soap and paper restocked so nobody has to think about them.
Clinics and consulting rooms get the sanitising steps their rooms need, and a strata or shared space gets its common areas, lifts and stairwells on the same checklist. Because the brand also runs a restoration line, a burst pipe or a flooded kitchen in your building is a call to the same company.

Office cleaning questions
How often should an office be cleaned?
Most offices run weekly or twice weekly; a busy reception, a clinic or a shared kitchen usually needs daily. The walkthrough settles it against how the space is used.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. After hours is the normal arrangement for an office, and daytime visits are set up where the building or the tenancy needs them.
Do we need to supply the cleaning products?
No. Products and equipment come with the contract, and consumables such as soap and paper can be restocked as part of it.
Can high-touch areas be sanitised more often?
Yes. Desks, door handles, kitchen benches and bathroom fittings can be put on a daily sanitise while the rest of the checklist stays weekly.
What happens if a visit is missed?
Tell the supervisor and it is made up, under the satisfaction guarantee. The point of a supervised contract is that you are not the one checking.
