“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”

Mould and water damage
In July 2026 we were asked to contain mould and clean the ceiling lining in a property in Petrie. Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are carried out in line with IICRC S520.
Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are done in line with IICRC S500, with Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire to support them, and Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700.
Asbestos, testing and specialist work
Asbestos Removal is handled by our own qualified technicians, alongside Asbestos Testing & Inspection, Air Quality Testing and Lead Paint Removal. We also provide Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning and Meth Testing & Decontamination.
Newer homes still get damp
A newer house isn’t immune to a leaking shower or a blocked gutter. Water Leak Detection finds the source, and Gutter Cleaning and Roof Cleaning help keep rainwater out from the top.
