Cleaning Services Northern Rivers, Coast to Hinterland
The Northern Rivers runs from the beaches at Byron Bay and Ballina to hinterland towns like Mullumbimby, Murwillumbah and Nimbin. Tourism and subtropical farming keep the region busy, and our cleaning services cover its towns, from Casino to the coast.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
Carpet cleaning, couch and upholstery cleaning and mattress cleaning suit a holiday stay near Cape Byron as well as a family home in Casino or Lismore. In a region built on tourism, a guest-ready bed and a clean couch go a long way.
Each technician is police-checked and fully insured.
Short stays between seasons
For a short-stay property, a deep clean between busy periods keeps carpets, couches and mattresses guest-ready. Book it for the quiet weeks, and the place is fresh when the next run of bookings starts.
Mould and moisture
In a subtropical climate, bathrooms, wardrobes and closed rooms are where mould tends to start. Mould inspection and testing and mould removal and remediation are carried out in line with IICRC S520, and air quality testing is available alongside them.
After heavy rain
Heavy rain can soak carpets, walls and furniture quickly. If water gets inside, lift what you can off the floor, keep the power off in wet rooms, and call us early. Drying works best when it starts soon after the water stops.
Water and fire damage
Our restoration line runs 24/7. Water damage restoration, structural drying and water leak detection are done in line with IICRC S500, with dehumidifier hire for drying out. Fire and smoke restoration follows IICRC S700, and because smoke can travel well past the room where a fire started, mention every room that smells of it when you call.
Specialist work
We offer laser cleaning, dry ice blasting, graffiti removal and lead paint removal, plus meth testing and decontamination, trauma and crime scene cleaning, deceased estate clearing, and hoarding and squalor cleaning. Graffiti removal and dry ice blasting suit shopfronts in towns like Mullumbimby and Murwillumbah. These are sensitive jobs, and we carry them out to the relevant Australian Standards.
