When to Test for Meth
- Pre-purchase — before settling on a property with an unknown history.
- Rentals — between tenancies where use is suspected, or after a police matter.
- Community and public housing — scheduled or incident-triggered testing with agency reporting.
- Health symptoms — unexplained irritation or illness in a recently-moved-into home.
How Testing Works
- Surface sampling across high-risk locations in the property.
- Independent laboratory analysis against the Australian guideline level (0.5 µg/100cm²).
- A written report: what was found, where, and what it means — usable for contracts, tribunals and insurance.
Decontamination and Clearance
Where contamination exceeds guidelines, we scope and run the decontamination — removal of affected soft materials, specialised cleaning of hard surfaces, ducting attention, and clearance re-testing so the all-clear is a lab result, not an opinion.
Independent Means Independent
Testing and decontamination are quoted separately, and a clean result costs you nothing further — the report says what the lab says, either way.
