technicians to recognised industry standards (IICRC and relevant Australian
codes of practice).

standard we committed to, we will return and put it right at no additional
cost to you.

enquiry and, for urgent restoration work, prioritise rapid attendance to
limit further damage.

for the work they perform, and Elite carries appropriate insurance.

Contact us and tell us what's wrong. We will assess the issue and, where
the work has not met the agreed standard, re-attend to correct it. Your
feedback is reviewed by our team and used to keep our standards high.

This guarantee is provided in addition to the consumer
guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in
this guarantee limits or replaces those rights. Our services come with
guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
