“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”

As a redeveloping town, Redcliffe has shops and offices that can book Commercial Cleaning and Office Cleaning. Graffiti Removal, Dry Ice Blasting and Laser Cleaning are on offer for harder jobs.
Flooding and water damage
In July 2026, a burst flexi hose flooded multiple rooms in a property in Bongaree, and the job needed a restoration assessment and removal of the affected flooring.
Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500, and Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire support the drying. Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are done in line with IICRC S520, and Fire & Smoke Restoration in line with IICRC S700.
Asbestos and specialist work
Our asbestos removal is done by in-house qualified technicians, and Asbestos Testing & Inspection, Air Quality Testing and Lead Paint Removal are also available. We provide Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning and Meth Testing & Decontamination too.
Retirees, families and everyone between
The peninsula’s mix of retirees and families means everything from a downsized unit near Suttons Beach to a family home in Rothwell. Mattress Cleaning and Couch & Upholstery Cleaning suit both, and Tile & Grout Cleaning freshens bathrooms and kitchens.
Near the water, it pays to keep an eye on gutters and roofs. Gutter Cleaning and Roof Cleaning help keep rainwater where it belongs, and Water Leak Detection finds the source when it doesn’t.
Who comes out
Every Elite technician is police-checked and fully insured, and every job carries a satisfaction guarantee. From Suttons Beach and Settlement Cove Lagoon to Scarborough Marina, the peninsula is covered.
