Springwood is Logan’s northern hub, with family suburbs, a retail and business park and a bushland fringe around Daisy Hill. Our cleaning services cover all three, from Springwood Mall to the Daisy Hill Koala Centre.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
In July 2026 we carried out water extraction and mould containment in two rooms of a house in Rochedale South. In August 2026 we completed an asbestos removal job at a property in Shailer Park, with nine rooms documented.
Asbestos removal is done by our own qualified technicians rather than subcontracted, and asbestos testing and inspection is available before any work starts.
Leave suspected asbestos alone
If you think you’ve found asbestos, don’t drill, cut, sand or break it. Testing will confirm what it is, and if it has to go, it can be removed safely by people qualified to do it.
Water, mould and fire
Restoration runs 24/7. Water damage restoration and structural drying are done in line with IICRC S500, mould removal and remediation in line with IICRC S520, and fire and smoke restoration in line with IICRC S700. If water gets in, switch off the mains if it’s safe and keep clear of sagging ceilings until they’re checked.
Nicole Martin wrote in a Google review, after water damage from a burst pipe: “Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity.”
Family homes
For the family suburbs of Underwood, Slacks Creek and Priestdale, we offer carpet cleaning, couch and upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning and tile and grout cleaning inside, plus roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and pest control outside. Couch and upholstery cleaning lifts the marks of everyday family life.
Bushland fringe homes
Homes backing onto bushland around Daisy Hill deal with leaves in gutters and dust on everything. Gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and solar panel cleaning keep the outside clear, and pest control helps with what comes in from the bush.
The business park
Offices and shops in the retail and business park can book commercial cleaning and office cleaning, graffiti removal and dry ice blasting. Elite is CM3 certified, an independent contractor OH&S and compliance prequalification, and every job carries a satisfaction guarantee. Underwood Park and Rochedale are on the list too.
