Carpet Cleaning in Springwood: Jobs the crew has done nearby

A property in Rochedale South in October 2026 with nine rooms documented, a Cornubia property in July 2026 also with nine rooms, and further jobs in Rochedale in July and August 2026 and in Cornubia in September. All within a short drive of Springwood Mall.

What happens on the day

The technician checks the carpet first. Wool and synthetic behave differently under water, a heavily soiled carpet needs more agitation, and a rental hand-back needs every room done to the same standard.

  1. Dry vacuum to lift loose soil.
  2. Pre-spray, then agitation to work it into the pile.
  3. Hot water extraction, or a low-moisture method if the carpet shouldn’t get wet.
  4. Spot and stain treatment.
  5. A final drying pass.

Work is carried out to the relevant Australian Standards, and the brand is an IICRC Certified Firm, certificate number 70100265.

Springwood pricing

From-prices, with a possible minimum job total:

  • Bedroom, $88 per room
  • Small hall up to 3 m, $44
  • Stairs $6 each and landings $12 each
  • Small walk-in robe, $22
  • Rugs (small), $44 each
  • Special stain removal, $45 per 15 minutes

Offices in the business park and shops at the mall pay $88 per room up to 16 sqm, or $5 per sqm on larger floors. More rooms, more stain time and more stairs all lift the total.

Suburbs covered from this page

Springwood, Daisy Hill, Rochedale South, Underwood, Slacks Creek, Shailer Park and Priestdale. The crew’s nearest branch is the Brisbane head office in Acacia Ridge, 10.4 km from this area.

What the guarantee covers

Every clean is backed by a satisfaction guarantee: if the result isn’t right when the technician leaves, tell us and it gets put right. Technicians are police-checked and fully insured, and the company is CM3 certified for contractor compliance, which matters to the property managers and body corporates around Underwood and Slacks Creek.

Questions before a Springwood booking

Carpet Cleaning in Springwood: Questions before a Springwood booking

Can you clean the lounge and curtains too?

Yes. A fabric lounge suite is $88 per seat. Drapes at half length run $30 per metre, and a single mattress is $90, top and sides. Elite carpet protection is $6 per sqm after the clean if you want it.

Is the carpet work certified?

The brand holds IICRC S100 certification for carpet cleaning and is a member of the IICRC, the Restoration Industry Association, the Franchise Council of Australia and the Facility Management Association of Australia. The Elite brand has been operating since 1984.

What about pressure cleaning the driveway on the same day?

High pressure cleaning is $2.50 per sqm and can be booked alongside the carpets. Pest control for cockroaches, silverfish and spiders is $77 per room if the house needs that as well, all on one visit.

What if the carpet is wet from a burst pipe rather than dirty?

That's restoration, not cleaning, and Elite runs a 24/7 line for water, fire and mould damage. The business carries $20 million in public and products liability cover and is IICRC certified in S500 for water damage restoration.
