Clayfield’s leafy streets and character homes take some looking after. Our cleaning services across Clayfield, Albion and Wooloowin cover the soft furnishings inside, the floors underfoot and the roof overhead.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
We offer carpet cleaning, couch and upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning and tile and grout cleaning, along with floor sanding for timber floors that have lost their shine.
After a carpet clean, sue flaxman left this Google review: “Colin did a great job cleaning our carpets and was punctual, courteous and thorough. Will have him back anytime.”
The outside of the house
Roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and solar panel cleaning keep the exterior in order, and pest control is available as well.
Storm season and gutters
Older homes with complex rooflines have a lot of gutter to keep clear. Before storm season, a gutter clean helps water drain away instead of backing up under the roof, and a roof clean removes the moss and grime that hold moisture.
Before a renovation
Character homes are often renovated in stages. If you’re opening up walls, ceilings or old sheeting, asbestos testing and inspection first is the safe order of work. Our own qualified technicians handle both the testing and any asbestos removal that follows, never subcontracted, and lead paint removal is available if old paint has to come off.
Schools, shops and offices
In a private-schools precinct, the work doesn’t stop at the front gate. For the schools, shops and offices around Toombul, Albion and Hamilton, we provide commercial cleaning and office cleaning, plus graffiti removal, laser cleaning and dry ice blasting. Elite is CM3 certified, an independent contractor OH&S and compliance prequalification.
Restoration
When something goes wrong, our restoration line is available 24/7 for water, fire and mould damage. Water damage restoration and structural drying follow IICRC S500, mould removal and remediation follows IICRC S520, and fire and smoke restoration follows IICRC S700. If water comes through a ceiling, turn off the water at the mains if it’s safe to and keep clear of any sagging plaster.
Our head office in Acacia Ridge is 19.5 km away, and we work through Eagle Junction, Kalinga Park and Nundah too.
