The Right Method for Each Roof
High pressure on the wrong roof strips paint, scours tile surfaces and forces water under laps. We match the method to the material: soft washing — low pressure with a biodegradable treatment that kills moss and lichen at the root — for painted, coated and older surfaces, and controlled pressure cleaning only where the surface takes it.
Tile, Colorbond and Metal
- Tile roofs — moss and lichen treated and lifted; ridge capping and pointing respected, broken tiles reported as found.
- Colorbond and metal roofs — washed back to colour without scouring the coating that protects the steel.
- Moss and mould removal — treated so regrowth is slowed, not just shaved off to return next winter.
- Gutters and solar panels — cleaned in the same visit on request, one crew and one invoice for the whole roofline.
