Cleaning Services Indooroopilly for Families and Students
Around the University of Queensland and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, households range from young families to students sharing a house. Our cleaning services in Indooroopilly cover both, along with the riverside streets near the Walter Taylor Bridge.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
In July 2026 we cleaned the carpets through a four-bedroom house in Brookfield, including the lounge, dining and hall areas. Family homes out towards Kenmore and Chapel Hill can book the same carpet cleaning, along with couch and upholstery cleaning and floor sanding.
Share houses near the university
For share houses in Taringa and St Lucia, we offer carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning, couch and upholstery cleaning and tile and grout cleaning, handy at the end of a lease.
When a share house moves out, it helps to agree up front which rooms need what. The list might cover carpets in every bedroom, any mattresses that stay with the house, and the bathroom tiles. One booking for the lot is simpler than four separate ones.
When water or mould is the problem
Also in July 2026, we were called to a property in Moggill to make safe mould in a lounge room ceiling. Mould inspection and testing and mould removal and remediation are carried out in line with IICRC S520, and water damage restoration and structural drying in line with IICRC S500.
From a Google review by Nicole Martin, after water damage from a burst pipe: “The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle.”
Keeping water out
Riverside streets and older homes can take on water in heavy rain. Clear gutters, working downpipes and a quick look at the ceilings after a storm go a long way. If water does get in, our restoration line is there 24/7.
Outside and around the property
Roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and solar panel cleaning are available across the riverside suburbs, along with pest control. Fig Tree Pocket and Chapel Hill homes with big gardens can book gutter and roof cleaning together.
Shops, offices and specialist jobs
Businesses in the western-suburbs retail hub can book commercial cleaning and office cleaning. For harder jobs we offer asbestos testing and inspection, asbestos removal by our own technicians, graffiti removal and dry ice blasting. Every technician is police-checked and fully insured.
