From inspection to dry carpet

Carpet Cleaning in Indooroopilly: From inspection to dry carpet

The technician looks at the fibre before choosing a method. Wool in a Chapel Hill family home is treated more gently than synthetic in a Taringa unit. A heavily soiled student lease gets longer on the pre-spray.

  1. Dry vacuum first, so grit doesn’t become mud.
  2. Pre-spray and agitation into the pile.
  3. Hot water extraction to rinse and remove the water, or a low-moisture method if the carpet shouldn’t be wet.
  4. Spot treatment on surviving marks, in 15-minute blocks.
  5. Drying pass, pile set one way.

The brand is IICRC certified in S100 carpet cleaning and works to the relevant Australian Standards.

Prices around Indooroopilly

Bedrooms from $88 per room, a small hall $44, stairs $6 per stair and landings $12, and a small walk-in robe $22. Special stain removal is $45 per 15 minutes. Elite carpet protection is $6 per sqm. Small rugs are $44 each and a fabric lounge is $88 per seat. Commercial carpet near Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is $88 per room up to 16 sqm, then $5 per sqm. A minimum job total may apply, and room count, stains and access are what move the figure.

Guaranteed work

Three common questions

How often should carpet be cleaned?

Yearly for most homes, more often with pets or allergy sufferers.

What does the agent expect at hand-back?

Every carpeted room done professionally, and an invoice that lists them. Keep it.

Safe for children and pets?

The solution is rinsed out during extraction. Keep them off until the technician says it’s dry.
