Wynnum is a bayside village with a foreshore, a fishing culture and plenty of character homes. Our cleaning services suit family homes from Manly to Tingalpa, and our restoration service is available 24/7.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
Timber floors, old tiles and well-loved furniture are part of a character home. Floor Sanding, Tile & Grout Cleaning and Couch & Upholstery Cleaning are all available, along with Carpet Cleaning in line with IICRC S100 and Mattress Cleaning.
The outside of the house
Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning and Solar Panel Cleaning keep the roof line clear, and Pressure Washing freshens up paths, decks and driveways. Pest Control is available too.
Shops and offices
For businesses around the Wynnum foreshore and Wynnum West, we offer Commercial Cleaning and Office Cleaning, as well as Graffiti Removal, Dry Ice Blasting and Laser Cleaning.
Water, mould and fire damage
Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are carried out in line with IICRC S520. For water, Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are done in line with IICRC S500, with Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire to support them. Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700.
Older homes, hazardous materials
Character homes can come with asbestos or lead paint. Asbestos Testing & Inspection and Asbestos Removal are available, with removal done by our own qualified technicians, and so are Lead Paint Removal and Air Quality Testing.
We also provide Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning and Meth Testing & Decontamination.
Family homes by the bay
Wynnum is a family suburb, and family homes get busy. Mattress Cleaning and Couch & Upholstery Cleaning take care of the bedrooms and the lounge, and Tile & Grout Cleaning sorts out the bathroom.
Gutters near the bay fill up with leaves and debris, and a blocked gutter can send water where it shouldn’t go. Gutter Cleaning helps prevent that, and Water Leak Detection finds the problem when it happens.
Who comes to the door
Every Elite technician is police-checked and fully insured, and every job carries a satisfaction guarantee. From Pandanus Beach to the Wynnum Wading Pool, the whole area is covered.
Elite is an IICRC Certified Firm, and the Elite brand has been operating since 1984.
