Manly is a bayside village with a cafe strip, a busy harbour and a family lifestyle built around boating and yachting on Moreton Bay. Our cleaning services look after the homes behind the foreshore, from Lota to Wynnum West.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
In July 2026 we were asked to carry out asbestos testing and make safe work at a property in Manly, with 20 rooms documented. Asbestos testing and inspection and asbestos removal are handled by our own qualified technicians rather than subcontracted. We also offer lead paint removal and air quality testing.
If you’re renovating an older home near the bay, have suspect sheeting, eaves or flooring tested before anyone drills, cuts or sands it. Asbestos is most dangerous once its fibres are disturbed, which is why testing comes first.
Cleaning inside
Carpet cleaning, couch and upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning and tile and grout cleaning keep a family home in order, and floor sanding is available for timber floors. Mattress cleaning suits guest beds and kids' rooms alike. All our technicians are police-checked and insured.
Boats, decks and outdoor living
A boating family’s gear ends up all over the house. Pressure washing cleans decks, paths and driveways, and couch and upholstery cleaning deals with damp towels and sandy cushions.
Outside, on the bay
Roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and solar panel cleaning are all on offer in Manly West, Wakerley and Tingalpa, along with pest control. Wynnum and Lota are covered too.
Restoration around the clock
Our restoration line is available 24/7 for water, fire and mould damage. Water damage restoration, structural drying and water leak detection follow IICRC S500, mould inspection and testing and mould removal and remediation follow IICRC S520, and fire and smoke restoration follows IICRC S700. If you find water through a ceiling, turn off the water at the mains if it’s safe and keep clear until it’s checked.
Boating and business
For businesses near the harbour and the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, we provide commercial cleaning and office cleaning, plus dry ice blasting and graffiti removal. Every job carries a satisfaction guarantee. Our head office in Acacia Ridge is 21.4 km away, and the Elite brand has been operating since 1984.
