Hi! 👋 How can we help today?

The clean, step by step

Carpet Cleaning in Perth: The clean, step by step

The technician looks at the carpet first and names the method. A synthetic carpet in a Subiaco rental that has to pass hand-back can take a thorough hot water extraction. A wool carpet in a Cottesloe house might need a gentler hand. From there:

  • A dry vacuum to take the sand and grit out before the carpet is wet.
  • Pre-spray and agitation to work the solution into the pile.
  • Hot water extraction, rinsing the fibres and drawing the dirty water back out.
  • Spot and stain treatment for whatever the main pass leaves behind.
  • Drying, with the pile reset so it wears evenly.

A carpet that shouldn’t be wet gets a low-moisture method instead. The brand holds IICRC S100 certification for carpet cleaning and works to the relevant Australian Standards.

The promise on every Perth clean

Every job carries a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right when the technician leaves, tell us and we’ll put it right. Technicians are police-checked and fully insured, and the business holds $20 million in public and products liability cover.

Perth jobs are quoted individually. Tell us the rooms, stairs and what the carpet has been through, and you’ll have a figure before anyone turns up.

Three questions from Perth homes

Carpet Cleaning in Perth: Three questions from Perth homes

How often should carpets be cleaned?

A busy family home near Kings Park with sandy feet and a dog needs it more often than a formal lounge. A yearly clean is a sensible baseline, with high-traffic halls done sooner.

Do pet stains and old marks come out?

Fresh spills usually lift in the main pass. Set-in stains and pet odour get spot treatment, and if the fibre itself has taken the dye we’ll say so rather than oversell.

What does an agent expect at end of lease?

Every carpeted room professionally cleaned, halls and stairs included, with an invoice that lists each one. Keep that invoice for the hand-back inspection.
