Hi! 👋 How can we help today?

How we clean a Penrith carpet

Carpet Cleaning in Penrith: How we clean a Penrith carpet

The technician walks the rooms first and checks the fibre and the stains. After that comes a dry vacuum, a pre-spray that’s agitated in, and then the main clean. That’s usually hot water extraction, which rinses the pile. For carpet that would be harmed by much moisture, a low-moisture method is used. Stains get individual treatment, and a final pass leaves the carpet as dry as possible.

Synthetic carpet in a busy family home and wool in a formal lounge don’t need the same thing. Neither does a rental going back to the agent. You’ll hear which method suits yours before anything starts. The work follows IICRC S100.

What it costs in Penrith

Residential from-prices are $88 per bedroom, $44 for a hall up to 3 m, $6 per stair, $12 per staircase landing and $22 for a small walk-in robe. Commercial carpet is $88 per room up to 16 sqm, then $5 per sqm. A minimum job total may apply. Two bedrooms, a hall and a short flight of stairs is a very different job from a whole house, so the room list is the best guide to your total.

Extras on the same visit: small rugs $44 each, fabric lounges $88 per seat and carpet protection $6 per sqm.

Our satisfaction promise

If you’re not satisfied with a part of the job, tell us and we’ll come back to put it right. That guarantee covers every clean. Technicians are police-checked and fully insured, and Elite is CM3 certified.

Penrith carpet FAQs

How long until it’s dry?

That depends on the carpet, the method and the room. The technician will give you a time once they’ve finished.

Steam or dry cleaning?

Most carpet suits hot water extraction. Low-moisture suits carpet that shouldn’t be wet. It’s the technician’s call after an inspection.

How often should it be done?

Busy homes with pets need it more often than quiet ones. Ask the technician what your carpet shows.

What changes the price?

The number of rooms, stains that need extra time at $45 per 15 minutes, and access.

Is this okay for a bond clean?

Yes. Tell us it’s an end-of-lease clean when you book so marks get the attention an agent looks for.
