On the Gold Coast a mattress might be in a family home in Helensvale, a high-rise unit in Surfers Paradise or a holiday let that sees guest after guest.
Wherever it is, it collects the same things: sweat, skin, dust mites and allergens, plus whatever gets spilled. A professional clean removes what a vacuum can’t.
“I have used Elite many times and will always go back. Very very happy with the quick customer service and friendly staff every time. After having 3 kids on the couch with food etc, our white leather couch looks brand new. Carpets all freshly cleaned and mattresses done also. Thank you again 😊”

“I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs carpet and mattress cleaning! They did magic jobs - removed all stains on our mattresses, cleaned all bedrooms' carpets to make them like new. The technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I will definitely use them again and recommend Elite to my friends. Very satisfied!”
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
We start with an inspection, looking for stains and smells. Then each stain gets targeted pre-treatment, whether it’s urine, sweat, blood or a spill.
Odours: an enzyme treatment breaks them down at the source.
Deep soil and allergens: hot-water extraction flushes them out.
Dust mites: a sanitising, anti-allergen treatment reduces the allergen load.
Most mattresses are dry enough to use the same night.
