What happens on the day

Carpet Cleaning in Blacktown: What happens on the day

Every job starts with a walk through the rooms. The technician checks what the carpet is made of, where the heavy wear is and which marks need extra work. From there the clean follows a set order:

  1. A dry vacuum to lift loose grit.
  2. A pre-spray, worked into the pile so it can loosen the soil.
  3. Hot water extraction for most carpet, or a low-moisture method where wetting the carpet is a bad idea.
  4. Spot treatment on stains that are still showing.
  5. A drying pass to leave as little moisture behind as the gear allows.

Wool and synthetic don’t get treated the same way, and a carpet going back to an agent at the end of a lease is often a different job from one that just needs a refresh. The technician will say which method suits yours and why. Carpet work is done in line with IICRC S100, and Elite is an IICRC Certified Firm.
