As mentioned in our previous article, Kerrie Spindler announced as Elite Franchisee of the Year, Elite Maintenance Services Group recently hosted its national conference in May at the Watermark Hotel on the Gold Coast.

The event attracted an impressive turnout, with franchisees travelling from across Australia — including as far as Perth — to take part. The conference provided a valuable opportunity for franchisees to reconnect, share experiences and strengthen relationships, while also gaining insight into new initiatives being rolled out across the Elite network.

New Innovations Supporting Franchisees and Customers

A key focus of the conference was introducing new systems designed to support franchisees and enhance the customer experience. One of the standout innovations was the Elite Customer Hub — a new platform created to help franchisees stay more connected with their customers by streamlining enquiries and communication.

The system was met with strong enthusiasm from attendees, who welcomed the opportunity to improve efficiency while delivering an even better service experience for Elite customers nationwide.

Recognising Outstanding Franchisee Achievements

Held every two years, the national conference is also an important occasion for Elite to acknowledge the hard work, dedication and achievements of its franchise network. This year’s award recipients included:

A Strong Network, A Shared Vision

Elite Managing Director Rob Lovett reflected on the importance of the event for the wider business.

“The national conference is a fantastic opportunity for everyone to come together, swap stories and build stronger relationships,” Rob said. “We heard some excellent ideas and innovations from across the network, and it was a pleasure to recognise franchisees who consistently go above and beyond. Joining Elite is like becoming part of a family — and it’s great to see that spirit alive and well.”
