How much do your services cost?

The price of our services varies from home to home because of the size and degree that make the job difficult. For an estimate, please call us on 131 580.

Do I have to move my furniture?

No need. Your local certified Elite technician will move your furniture where it is safe to do so. However, it is highly recommended that any fragile items or breakable items should be safely stored during the cleaning process.

Is there any risk to my carpets or upholstery?

As with any service there is minimal risk, but Elite technicians are highly trained in risk reduction and the dry cleaning method we use is a much safer option than other standard wet carpet cleaning methods.

Can you remove Stains?

Yes. Most of the stains are removed by our normal cleaning process. Some stains will require Elite’s specialized stain removal service. Just ask our technician.

Are your products safe for children and pets?

Yes, our products are safe. Unlike many other carpet cleaners, Elite makes its products so we know exactly what is in them. We specially formulated to minimize any risk of environmental damage or human or animal reactions.

Can we buy Elite Products and Solutions?

Yes. All our technicians carry a full vary of our products so please ask them. The most popular lines are:

  • Supa Spotta – great for spot cleaning carpet and upholstery, and
  • Pet Elim – very handy when your pet has an accident on your carpet.

Does Elite provide carpet and fabric protection services?

Yes. All of our technicians are fully trained professionals they provide a full range of protection services like:

  • Elite Carpet Protector – use this on your carpet to keep it protected between cleans, and
  • Elite Fabric Protector – use on your upholstery to keep it protected.

Do I have to leave while cleaning is in progress?

If you would feel more comfortable staying in your home while our technician is working over there – that is fine. There are no other reasons for you to leave.
