Hi! 👋 How can we help today?

How the clean goes

Carpet Cleaning in Coorparoo: How the clean goes

It starts with an inspection. A wool carpet in a Norman Park cottage gets a different approach from a synthetic one in a Stones Corner unit, and a rental being handed back needs more attention than a spare room.

  • Dry vacuum first, so loose dirt isn’t turned to mud.
  • Pre-spray, then agitation to work the solution through the pile.
  • Hot water extraction to rinse the fibre and recover the water.
  • Spot treatment on marks that remain.
  • A final drying pass.

If a carpet shouldn’t be wet, the technician says so and uses a low-moisture method. Work is done to the relevant Australian Standards, and the brand holds IICRC S100 certification for carpet cleaning.

Questions from Coorparoo customers

What does it cost per room?

Pricing is per room and per item, with stairs, halls and rugs priced separately. The total moves with the room count, any stains that need extra time, and access. Ask for a quote with your room list and you’ll get the from-prices for each.

Will it pass an end-of-lease inspection?

Agents in the young-professional unit market here usually want every carpeted room done, hall included. Keep the invoice, which lists each room cleaned.

Is it safe for children and pets?

Extraction rinses the carpet, so no cleaning solution is left in the pile. Keep kids and pets off it until the technician confirms it’s dry.
