Hi! 👋 How can we help today?

Inside a Frankston carpet clean

Carpet Cleaning in Frankston: Inside a Frankston carpet clean

The technician walks the rooms first and checks the fibre, the soiling and any marks you’re worried about. The clean itself goes:

  • dry vacuum to lift grit and hair
  • pre-spray, agitated into the pile
  • hot water extraction, or a low-moisture method where the carpet calls for it
  • spot and stain treatment
  • a final drying pass

Synthetic carpet in a family room is usually a straightforward case for extraction. Wool gets milder products. A rental going back to the agent, or a carpet that’s gone years between cleans, may need extra passes, and you’ll hear about that before it’s done.

The brand is IICRC certified in S100 for carpet cleaning, and the work follows the relevant Australian Standards.

Frankston carpet questions, answered

What does it cost, and what changes the price?

Bedrooms are from $88 each, small halls up to 3 m $44, small walk-in robes $22, staircase landings $12 and stairs $6 per stair. Commercial carpet is $88 per room up to 16 sqm and $5 per sqm for larger areas. The total grows with the room count, stubborn stains and awkward access, and minimum job totals may apply.

How often should carpet be professionally cleaned?

More often where there’s heavy foot traffic, pets or young children. Quieter rooms can go much longer. Regular vacuuming in between makes a real difference.

Pet urine and set-in stains: what comes out?

Surface marks and recent spills usually lift. Old urine that has reached the underlay, dye stains and bleach spots may be permanent, and we’ll say so rather than bill time that won’t help.

Will it get me through an end-of-lease inspection?

Tell us it’s a bond clean so the technician knows what the agent will be looking at, and file the receipt with your lease papers.

Do I need to vacuum or move furniture?

No need to vacuum. Clear small things off the floor and mention heavy furniture when you book.

Is it safe for kids, pets and allergy sufferers?

Keep everyone off until the carpet is dry. Let us know about allergies when booking so the products can be discussed first.
