Hi! 👋 How can we help today?

How a Mount Gravatt clean goes

Carpet Cleaning in Mount Gravatt: How a Mount Gravatt clean goes

It begins with a look at what’s on the floor. Student rentals in Nathan get a different approach from a wool carpet in a Holland Park family home. Then the clean runs in order: dry vacuum, pre-spray and agitation, hot water extraction, spot treatment, drying. A carpet that shouldn’t be wet gets a low-moisture method, and that call is made before starting, not after.

The brand holds IICRC S100 certification for carpet cleaning and is CM3 certified for contractor OH&S compliance, which matters for the body corporates and campus facilities around here.

Prices from the room up

  • Bedroom: $88 per room
  • Small hall up to 3 m: $44
  • Stairs: $6 each, landings $12 each
  • Small walk-in robe: $22
  • Elite carpet protection: $6 per sqm
  • Special stain removal: $45 per 15 minutes

Commercial carpet around the Garden City Westfield precinct is $88 per room up to 16 sqm and $5 per sqm beyond that. From-prices, and a minimum job total may apply. What moves the total is room count, stains that need separate time, and access, since a two-storey house in Wishart has stairs a MacGregor unit doesn’t.

Suburbs this page is for

Mount Gravatt, Mount Gravatt East, Upper Mount Gravatt, Holland Park, Wishart, MacGregor and Nathan, from Toohey Forest across to the lookout. Recent carpet work nearby includes a property in Wishart in August 2026 with 9 rooms documented, another in Mount Gravatt the same month, and a house in Holland Park in July 2026.

Our promise on every job

A satisfaction guarantee covers the work. If something isn’t right when the technician leaves, say so and it’s put right. Technicians are police-checked and fully insured, and the Elite brand has been operating since 1984.

Questions from Mount Gravatt customers

How long to dry?

It’s set by the carpet and the weather on the day, so the technician tells you after the clean rather than before.

Steam or dry cleaning?

Hot water extraction for most soiled carpets, because it rinses. Low-moisture for carpets that can’t take water or rooms needed back quickly.

How often?

Once a year is a sensible baseline. Share houses and homes with pets usually want it sooner.

Will it satisfy the agent at end of lease?

Every carpeted room done, halls and stairs included, with an invoice listing each room. That’s what most agents look for.
