Hi! 👋 How can we help today?

The clean, in order

Carpet Cleaning in Point Cook: The clean, in order

Inspection, then a dry vacuum. A pre-spray goes down and is agitated through the pile. Next comes hot water extraction, or a dry low-moisture clean where water would be the wrong choice, followed by spot treatment and a last pass to recover moisture.

Synthetic carpet usually suits extraction. Wool wants gentle products. Heavily soiled carpet takes more agitation, and a lease hand-back gets the attention an agent will look for. Our nearest branch is the Melbourne branch in Thomastown, 32.9 km from Point Cook.

Point Cook carpet cleaning prices

  • Bedroom: $88 per room
  • Small hall up to 3 m: $44
  • Staircase landing: $12, stairs: $6 per stair
  • Small walk-in robe: $22
  • Commercial carpet: $88 per room up to 16 sqm, then $5 per sqm

These are from-prices, and minimum job totals may apply. Stains that need extra work are $45 per 15 minutes, and Elite carpet protection is $6 per sqm if you’d like it. More rooms, more stain time or tricky access push the total up.

Our satisfaction guarantee

If part of the job isn’t right when the technician packs up, tell us and we’ll fix it. Behind that are police-checked, fully insured technicians and the Elite brand, operating since 1984. The promise covers the work quoted, so point out anything you’re worried about before the clean begins.

Common questions

How long does carpet take to dry?

Anywhere from quick to most of the day, depending on fibre, pile depth and airflow. Fans and open windows help a lot, and so does keeping foot traffic off until it’s dry.

Steam or dry cleaning?

Steam cleaning is hot water extraction, our usual method for synthetic carpet. Dry cleaning uses far less moisture and suits delicate carpet or a fast turnaround.

How often?

Traffic, pets and children shorten the gap between cleans. A spare room can wait much longer than a hallway.

End-of-lease cleans?

Mention it when you book. Your agent may ask for proof, so keep the invoice.

Furniture and vacuuming?

We vacuum as part of the job. Please clear small and fragile items first.

Safe for kids, pets and allergies?

Keep them off the damp carpet, and tell us about any allergies when you book.
