Carpet Cleaning in Port Macquarie: What happens on the day

The technician looks at the carpet first, because a wool carpet near the Koala Hospital and a synthetic one in a Kempsey rental don’t get identical treatment, and a heavily soiled hand-back needs more than a tidy spare room.

  • Dry vacuum to lift sand and grit before the wash.
  • Pre-spray and agitation to work the solution into the fibres.
  • Hot water extraction to rinse the carpet and pull the water back out.
  • Spot and stain treatment where it’s needed.
  • A final pass to leave it as dry as possible.

A carpet that shouldn’t take water gets a low-moisture method, and the technician explains which before starting. The brand holds IICRC S100 certification for carpet cleaning and works to the relevant Australian Standards.

Where this page covers

Port Macquarie itself, from Town Beach out to Tacking Point Lighthouse, plus Wauchope up the Hastings River, Laurieton to the south, and Kempsey and South West Rocks to the north. Holiday units and riverfront homes make up a good share of the work.

Our guarantee

Every clean carries a satisfaction guarantee: if something isn’t right when the technician leaves, tell us and it gets fixed. Technicians are police-checked and fully insured, and the business carries $20 million in public and products liability cover.

Three questions we hear in Port Macquarie

How long until it’s dry?

The technician gives you a time once the clean is done, based on the carpet and the weather that day.

What does it cost, and what changes the price?

Bedrooms are $88 per room, a small hall up to 3 m is $44, stairs are $6 per stair with landings $12 each, and a small walk-in robe is $22. Commercial carpet is $88 per room up to 16 sqm and $5 per sqm beyond that. Minimum job totals may apply, and the total moves with the room count, the stains needing extra time, and access.

Do I vacuum or move furniture first?

The dry vacuum is our first step. Clearing small furniture out of the room beforehand makes the clean faster.
