Hi! 👋 How can we help today?

Step by step

Carpet Cleaning in Sunnybank: Step by step

The carpet is inspected first, because wool, synthetic and a heavily soiled rental don’t want the same treatment.

  • Dry vacuum.
  • Pre-spray and agitation into the pile.
  • Hot water extraction to rinse the fibres and pull the water back out, or a low-moisture method where water isn’t suitable.
  • Spot treatment on what’s left, in 15-minute blocks.
  • Drying pass.

The brand is IICRC certified in S100 carpet cleaning and works to the relevant Australian Standards.

What it costs in Sunnybank

From-prices. A minimum job total can apply to a very small job.

  • Bedroom: $88 per room
  • Small hall, up to 3 m: $44 each
  • Stairs: $6 per stair, staircase landing $12 each
  • Small walk-in robe: $22 each
  • Special stain removal: $45 per 15 minutes
  • Elite carpet protection: $6 per sqm

Restaurants and shops around the plaza and Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown pay $88 per room up to 16 sqm, or $5 per sqm for a larger floor. Room count, stain time and stairs are what move the total.

Things people ask

How long does it take to dry?

The technician gives you a time on the day. It changes with the carpet and the weather.

Steam or dry clean?

Hot water extraction is the deeper clean. The dry method suits carpets that can’t take water or rooms needed back fast.

How often?

Once a year for most homes, sooner with pets, children or allergies.

Pet urine and old stains?

Fresh spills come out in the main pass. Set-in marks get spot treatment, and we’ll say honestly if one has dyed the fibre.

What changes the price?

Rooms, stains needing extra time, and stairs or landings.
