What our customers say

★★★★★

“I had two rooms steam cleaned by Mehdi today. We had just moved into the property and was told they were professionally cleaned. The blackness of the water from Mehdi’s machine after the clean suggested otherwise. Mehdi had no complaints that our unit was on the 3rd floor, no lifts. The steam machine looked professional, so it was big and heavy. The job was done with care. And it showed. The carpets came out looking, smelling and feeling clean. I definitely recommend his services. Thanks, Mehdi.”

Carpet Cleaning in Hornsby: Recent carpet jobs around Hornsby

In July 2026 we cleaned the carpet in a three-bedroom property in Lindfield as part of a move-out. The same month, carpet in three bedrooms, a lounge and a dining area was cleaned in Gordon, and a retirement village lounge carpet in Belrose was cleaned after a tomato soup spill. Our nearest branch is in Seven Hills, 16.3 km from Hornsby.

Choosing the right method

Wool and synthetic carpet don’t respond to every treatment the same way, and a carpet that has been down for years can have wear that changes what’s sensible. So the technician checks first, and talks you through what they find before any product goes down. The process then runs through a dry vacuum, a pre-spray worked into the pile, the main clean and spot treatment of what remains. Hot water extraction suits most carpet. A low-moisture clean suits carpet that shouldn’t be wetted heavily. For a move-out like the Lindfield job, the focus is on marks the agent will notice. Work is done in line with IICRC S100.

The guarantee

Each clean comes with our satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right after the technician leaves, call us and we’ll come back and fix it. That covers the clean itself: a patch that still looks dirty, a treated mark that has reappeared, or an area that was missed. It can’t turn back wear or fibre damage that was there before, and the technician will point that out at the start rather than after. Our technicians are police-checked and fully insured, and the Elite brand, operating since 1984, stands behind the work.

Questions from Hornsby customers

Steam or dry cleaning?

Most carpet gets hot water extraction because it rinses the most out. Delicate carpet gets a low-moisture method. You’ll be told which and why.

What does it cost?

From $88 per bedroom, $44 for a hall up to 3 m and $6 per stair. A minimum job total may apply. More rooms, stubborn stains at $45 per 15 minutes and access all move the price.

What does the agent expect at the end of a lease?

Visibly clean carpet with marks treated. Let us know it’s a bond clean when you book.
