Elite provides cleaning services across Adelaide for carpets, couches and mattresses. When the problem is water, mould or fire damage, our restoration line takes over, and it runs 24/7.
We work from Gawler and Elizabeth in the north to Aberfoyle Park and Flagstaff Hill in the south, and along the coast from Semaphore to Seacliff.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
For homes in Norwood, Unley, Burnside, Prospect and the other inner suburbs, we offer Carpet Cleaning, Couch & Upholstery Cleaning and Mattress Cleaning. Our carpet work is carried out in line with IICRC S100.
A Mediterranean climate means long, warm summers, and furniture and bedding soak up more dust and sweat than you’d think. A professional clean reaches what a household vacuum leaves behind.
When water or mould gets in
Restoration is the other half of what we do, and it’s available 24/7. Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500, mould work in line with IICRC S520, and Fire & Smoke Restoration in line with IICRC S700.
A few recent jobs show the kind of call we get. In July 2026 a property in Prospect needed make safe work because its ceiling was collapsing with suspected mould. That same month a main bedroom ceiling in Blackwood needed mould containment after water damage, and in Tea Tree Gully water saturation in a backyard had caused mould to form around a wall.
