Brisbane is a subtropical river city with a growing CBD, a cultural precinct and a long list of diverse inner suburbs. Elite looks after the cleaning in all of them, and the restoration when water, fire or mould gets in.
It’s also home. Our head office is in Acacia Ridge, and from there Elite services every Australian state and the ACT.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
This page covers Brisbane City and the ring around it: Spring Hill, Fortitude Valley, New Farm, Newstead, Hamilton, Bulimba, Kangaroo Point, Woolloongabba, South Brisbane, West End, Highgate Hill, Dutton Park, Paddington, Toowong and Indooroopilly. From the Story Bridge to South Bank Parklands, it’s all in range.
A unit near Queen Street Mall gets the same service list as a house in Bulimba, and the City Botanic Gardens end of town is no further for us than Indooroopilly.
Cleaning, inside and out
For homes there’s Carpet Cleaning (in line with IICRC S100), Couch & Upholstery Cleaning, Mattress Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning and Floor Sanding. Outside, it’s Pressure Washing, Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning and Solar Panel Cleaning.
Offices and shops in the CBD can book Office Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning. Graffiti Removal, Laser Cleaning and Dry Ice Blasting take care of the harder surfaces, and Pest Control is on the list as well.
