Office cleaning in Brisbane works best as a contract: one checklist, agreed days and hours, and the same police-checked crew each visit. A supervisor checks the work, so nobody on your staff ends up managing the cleaner.
We look after offices in the growing CBD and across inner suburbs such as Spring Hill, Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Toowong, West End and Woolloongabba. Shared and strata spaces, consulting rooms, schools and the office side of a warehouse are all on the list.
“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”
“Guosheng from Elite Restoration did an amazing job dealing with the water damage to my unit, due to a burst pipe. Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle. Thanks so much Guosheng.☺️”
We walk the premises with you and note the rooms that matter most: reception, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the meeting rooms.
The scope goes in writing. It says what happens every visit, what happens weekly or monthly, and the days and times the crew comes in.
A first deep clean brings the place up to the standard the routine will hold, reaching skirting boards, high ledges and the inside of the fridge.
Routine visits begin. A supervisor checks them against the written scope, and you have one contact for any change.
If your floor in Brisbane City is busy all day, the crew can come in after the last person leaves. Smaller suburban offices often prefer a daytime visit.
Every visit, and the extras
Each visit covers what an office notices first. Desks, door handles, light switches and other touch points are wiped. Kitchen benches and sinks are cleaned, bathrooms are cleaned and restocked, floors are vacuumed or mopped, and bins are emptied.
Some jobs only need doing now and then, so they go on a cycle or are booked when you ask:
carpet steam cleaning
scrubbing and sealing hard floors
tile and grout in kitchens and bathrooms
internal glass and partitions
pressure washing the entry or car park
Behind the crew is the Elite brand, operating since 1984, with $20 million in public and products liability cover, CM3 certification and membership of the Facility Management Association of Australia.
Office cleaning questions
How often should an office be cleaned?
Most offices need the basics at least weekly. A busy floor with a shared kitchen may need it daily or a few times a week. We suggest a frequency at the walkthrough, based on how the space is used, and you decide.
Can high-touch areas be sanitised more often?
Yes. Door handles, lift buttons, kitchen taps and shared desks can be done on extra visits without changing the rest of the schedule.
Do you clean medical and dental rooms?
We clean consulting rooms and clinics. The scope for treatment rooms is agreed at the walkthrough, including which surfaces are sanitised and how often, so it matches how each room is used.
