operating across all Australian states, we warrant the workmanship of the
services we perform.
What this warranty covers
We warrant that the services we carry out, including water and fire damage
restoration, mould remediation, asbestos removal, carpet and upholstery
cleaning, commercial cleaning, and pest control, are performed with due care
and skill, by qualified technicians, to recognised industry standards (IICRC
and relevant Australian codes of practice).
If, within a reasonable period after we complete the work, our workmanship
proves not to have met the standard we committed to, we will return and
rectify the affected work at no additional cost to you.
For pest control treatments, where the target pest returns within a
reasonable period after treatment and the agreed conditions have been
followed, we will re-attend and re-treat the affected area at no additional
cost.
What this warranty does not cover
This warranty applies to our workmanship only. It does not cover:
- Pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions outside the agreed
scope of work;
- Damage or recurrence caused by a new or separate event (for example, a
new leak, flood, fire, or infestation);
- Issues caused by third parties, the property owner or occupier, or
failure to follow our care or maintenance advice;
- Normal wear and tear, or materials and goods supplied or installed by
others;
- Goods supplied by a manufacturer, which carry the manufacturer's own
warranty.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your job details and a description of the issue. We will
assess the work and, where it falls within this warranty, arrange to rectify
it. Documentation of the original service is available on request.
Your rights under Australian law
This warranty is a warranty against defects provided in addition to the consumer guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this warranty limits or replaces those rights.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
