The Elite National Conference was recently held at the iconic Mantra Twin Towns, Tweed Heads, New South Wales.
Close to thirty attendees travelled to the event, bordering on the boundary of the glorious Gold Coast and Tweed River. The Conference covered many topics of interest for the delegates, with presenters discussing everything from carpet dry cleaning to customer service, marketing and sales.
Networking, Customer Service and Success Go Hand in Hand
Franchisees also had the opportunity to network with each other and the presenters, learning about strategy, communications and the impact of referral business within the realm of social media.
Taking the time to work on your business – as well as in the business – was a key takeaway for all. As was the understanding that providing an exceptional and unparalleled level of customer service to all Elite customers is what has kept so many Franchisees running successful enterprises for many years.
With multiple Franchisees celebrating milestones within their own regions, it is still our fantastic customers who make the job worth doing – and worth doing well.
After a full day of listening and learning, the attendees headed over to Signatures Restaurant to relax and enjoy the presentation evening.
The Conference ended in a celebration of excellence and achievement. The Gala dinner recognised the contribution of Franchisees who have provided valuable service to their local areas.
Franchisee of the Year 2019
The most coveted award of the event is always the Franchisee of the Year award. It was certainly no surprise that Mackay’s Shaun & Nicole Tucker took home the prestigious award. They have continued to take their business from strength to strength, saying that their recipe to success focuses on teamwork, hiring the right staff, and by providing an old fashioned level of customer service within the digital age.
Camden’s Gary & Sue Pracy took home the 35 Year Service Award, demonstrating commitment and dedication to servicing their local area and to running a successful business. You don’t hold onto a company for 35 years if you aren’t taking care of your customers.
Goondiwindi Franchisees Greg & Sheryl Lynn appreciatively accepted the 25 Year Service Award. Greg and Sheryl have really cemented their Franchise into the local community and are just some of the loveliest people you would ever meet. So it was also no surprise when they also took home the Distinguished Service Award.
In celebrating the contribution of 15 Years’ Service, the awards went to
The awards evening also showcases the exceptional achievements of the following Franchisees:
Gosford’s Kerrie Spindler has taken home the 2019 High Achievement Award.
The Encouragement Award went to Airlie Beach Franchisee Nicole Brown.
Pine Rivers‘ very own Peter Bonnily thankfully accepted the top sales award for the most Supa Spotta Sales, and Southside Franchisees Steven & Stacey Armour took home the top sales award for the most Elite Protection Sales.
“This year’s national conference was our best yet,” said Elite Carpet Dry Cleaning Managing Director Rob Lovett. “Congratulations to all the Award winners. Becoming an Elite Franchisee is like being part of a family – and we are delighted to recognise our very hardworking and dedicated Franchisees.”
